How to Connect Apple Health to The FitCorp App

Step-by-step guide to connecting your Apple Health data to The FitCorp app. ~3-5 minutes setup.

Before You Start

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • The FitCorp app downloaded and installed
  • Your Apple ID ready
  • Health app with activity data recorded
  • Stable internet connection

For a seamless user experience and activity tracking, The FitCorp application supports integration with your Apple Health account. You can control the data you share with The FitCorp and all data is governed by our Privacy & Policy.

Once connected, the app syncs your activity in the background. No manual entry needed.

Please follow these instructions to connect your Apple Health account to The FitCorp after your download and setup your account.

Open Profile Settings

  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to access your profile settings

Expected result: You see your profile settings screen with various options.

Access Health Connect

  • Click on Health Connect to configure your health data settings

Enable Health Connect

  • Toggle the Health Connect switch ON to enable syncing and configure permissions

Grant Permissions

  • Click on Grant Permissions to configure the relevant permissions and access to your health data

Expected result: You are taken to the Apple Health permission screen.

Provide Health Data Permissions

  • Provide the appropriate permissions
  • Encouraged to Turn On All for full access

Expected result: You see a list of health data types with permission toggles.

Configure Auto Sync

  • Click on Sync Now to start importing activity details for last 30 days
  • Turn on "Auto Import" for automatic syncing going forward
  • Turn on "Send to Health" to send activities back to Apple Health

Expected result: The sync begins and you see a progress indicator.

Verify Imported Activities

  • See list of recent activities being imported
  • Can delete imported activities from the home screen if needed
  • Imports last thirty days of activity data
